Today we’re announcing the next chapter for our company. Virtual Operations is now VOPS — a name that reflects where we’ve come from and where we’re going.
Why the change
Over the past 13 years, we’ve grown from a specialist RPA consultancy into something broader. Our work now spans AI strategy, agentic integration, managed operations, and enterprise-scale programme delivery. The name Virtual Operations, while meaningful to us, no longer captured the full scope of what we do.
VOPS keeps our heritage — it’s what clients and colleagues have called us for years — while giving us room to grow.
What hasn’t changed
Our approach remains the same. Senior practitioners on every engagement. Framework-led delivery. Measurable outcomes, not slide decks. The clients who’ve worked with us will recognise the same team, the same rigour, and the same commitment to delivering real value.
What’s new
Alongside the rebrand, we’re deepening our investment in three areas:
Agentic AI integration — helping enterprises move beyond simple chatbots to truly autonomous agents that can reason, decide, and act within defined boundaries.
AI-powered process automation — combining traditional RPA with machine learning, NLP, and computer vision to handle processes that were previously too complex to automate.
Enterprise programme scaling — taking the operating models and governance frameworks we’ve built over a decade and making them available to organisations earlier in their automation journey.
