Nick’s background in enterprise transformation gives VOPS its operational rigour — ensuring that automation programmes are designed not just for deployment, but for sustained performance at scale. He continues to advise on strategic direction and key client relationships.

James built VOPS into a market-leading AI automation specialist, growing the business from a focused RPA consultancy into a full-service enterprise AI partner. He leads the company’s strategic vision and is directly involved in every major client engagement.

Daniel focuses on scaling automation programmes with reliability — ensuring that what gets built stays running. He oversees VOPS’s Control Tower operations and managed services capability, bringing operational discipline to every engagement.

George leads VOPS’s programme delivery function, bringing structured methodology and governance to complex, multi-workstream engagements. Leads Healthcare Solutions with a strong background in intelligent automation, AI, and RPA implementation across major healthcare systems. Previously managed large-scale healthcare programmes at Epic. Jack brings deep domain knowledge of clinical operations, revenue cycle management, and payer workflows — enabling VOPS to deliver automation solutions that are clinically aware, not just technically sound.
